Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maprom.malimeteo.ml/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Africa/.Provinces/.country_na/feature_id+integral/feature_id+differences/dods')
