Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maprom.malimeteo.ml/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Mali/.Districts/the_geom/1+index/.prov_na/gid+differences/dods')
