Accessing data using your copy of matlab

OPeNDAP allows one to give a application a url and have it directly download data. To read this data into matlab use 
loaddap('http://maprom.malimeteo.ml/SOURCES/.Features/.Political/.Mali/.Provinces/the_geom/gid+exch/2+index/.prov_na/dods')
